"Seven Days No Reason To Return Policy" subject to the rules below:

  1. Unpacking goods are not allowed( keep original packaging) - otherwise, the return requirement may be rejected.
  2. Contact the forwarder and the relative freight cost is the buyer's responsibility.
  3. The relevant freight will be deducted (no full amount will be returned).

Please communicate with us within 7 days after receiving the goods, and arrange the return after reaching an agreement between both parties, then Please kindly inform the express delivery information to us. We will return the relevant value to you within one month after receiving the goods.

"Quality Warranty" subject to the rules below:

A two-year warranty will be provided from the date of purchase for all goods (excluding the goods purchased from the third-party ) that sale online store at Joyroom(www.joyroom.com)

  1. Definite purchase proofs (including but not limited to the purchase order number and relevant information of the buyer)
  2. Non-human damages
  3. The serial number of the defective product and / or tangible proof (photo and video).
  4. After we receive the defective products for quality inspection, we will send the intact products to the buyer within one week, and the buyer will have to pay the round-trip freight and related handling charges
  5. If the purchaser returns the wrong products to Joyroom instead of defective products, no warranty will be provided.

Warranty Exceptions:

  1. Without definite purchase proofs.
  2. Loss of products or be stolen.
  3. Beyond the warranty period.
  4. Problems unrelated to quality (after 7 days of no reason return plan);
  5. Free products.
  6. The damaged product repaired by a third party.
  7. Damage from other external sources (including but not limited to accidents, dismantle it by yourself, human damage, or failure caused by unauthorized service maintenance).
  8. Abuse use (including but not limited to: drop, extreme temperature, water, improper operation).
  9. Misjudgment products claimed to be defective by the purchaser but identified as in working conditions by Joyroom quality control department.
  10. Not purchase from the www.joyroom.com.
  11. Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, and keep the product in accordance with the instructions.

Notes: Joyroom is not responsible for any failure or damage caused by the use of unauthorized products, and Joyroom does not guarantee in any way products purchased outside of Joyroom’s authorization and official sales channels do any warranty.

"Second-hand Product Warranty" subject to the rules below:

A two-year warranty can be transferred through product resale. The warranty period still from the date of initial purchase without change and keeps the remaining original purchase warranty status. Like, the resale product owner can keep the remaining warranty service.

The current owner must provide:

  1. Definite purchase proofs (the original purchase order number from the Joyroom online shop www.joyroom.com and relevant information of the buyer) that purchase from Joyroom.
  2. The serial number of the defective product and the model number.
  3. The tangible proof (photo and video or other proofs).
  4. Still in warranty period.
  5. If the purchaser returns the wrong products to Joyroom instead of defective products, no warranty will be provided.
  6. After we receive the defective products for quality inspection, we will send the intact products to the buyer within one week, and the buyer will have to pay the round-trip freight and related handling charges

The quality warranty scheme for returned products:
